Home Minister Khand visits flood-hit areas in Melamchi

MELAMCHI: Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand inspected the flood-affected areas of Helambu and and Melamchi in Sindhupalchowk on Saturday morning.
Floods and landslides triggered by heavy rains on June 15 and 30 had caused extensive damage in the two locations.
A team led Home Minister Khand inspected the Melamchi Bazaar of Melamchi Municipality and the surrounding areas and the Ganesh Bazaar area of Ward No. 2 of Helambu Rural Municipality.
