KATHMANDU: CPN-Unified Socialist Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal has tried to justify the UML’s split by circulating an internal circular. After UML Chairman KP Oli did not agree with the party’s first inter-party directive, they were forced to revolt, said Chairman Nepal.
