PM Deuba urges lawmakers not to make random comments on MCC

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister and ruling Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has instructed the lawmakers not to make haphazard comments on US Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) agreement unless they understand it well.
Speaking at a meeting of the parliamentary party (PP) of ruling NC on Tuesday, PM Deuba remarked that the previous governments had been pushing the MCC forward by making necessary laws.
