KATHMANDU: Heavy rain is expected in the Kathmandu Valley and surrounding its areas tonight. There is a possibility of heavy rain in the Valley for some time at night due to the low-pressure monsoon system, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD). According to the MFD, the low-pressure system locating in Madhya Pradesh of India has an impact on Nepal.
