SC receives writ petition against Home Ministry’s statement
KATHMANDU: Supreme Court has received a writ petition filed against Home Ministry’s  Friday’s ‘high—sounding’ statement intended to warn the public not to protest against the neighboring government or the development projects. According to SC sources, advocate Prabesh KC filed a writ petition in the apex court alleging that Home Ministry’s statement violated the freedom of thought and expression of the citizens.
