KATHMANDU: CPN-UML Standing Committee member Subash Chandra Nemwang has said that the leaders who join the party by abandoning the Maoist Center would be given a dignified place in the General Convention. The 10th general convention of the CPN-UML is being held in Chitwan on November 28-30.
