Lawmakers register resolution proposal demanding removal of time limit in rape case
KATHMANDU: Four lawmakers of ruling Nepali Congress (NC) have registered a resolution proposal in the House of Representatives (HoR) seeking the removal of time limit in the registration of rape case. The resolution, filed by four lawmakers of the ruling Nepali Congress, states that the law will be amended so that the victims can register and investigate if they come to lodge a complaint citing credible and reasonable reasons for not being able to do so.
