KATHMANDU: The first meeting of the task force formed to allocate seats for the House of Representatives (HoR) and Provincial Assembly elections to be held on November 20 is being held today. The five-party ruling coalition formed an 11-member task force to work on the distribution of the seats to be allotted to the ruling parties.
