KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Prakashman Singh has claimed that his party will get the mandate from the November 20 elections for the implementation of the Constitution. Speaking at a program in the capital on Sunday, Singh claimed that the people would vote for the NC and not for the party, which dissolved the Parliament.
