KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress (NC) has prepared to nominate party’s Central Committee member Arzu Rana Deuba as proportional representative (PR) candidate in the House of Representatives. Though leader Rana Deuba’s name had been recommended as a candidate for the House of Representatives from five different places across the country, including Kailali-5, the party has prepared to make her a PR candidate.
