KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress’ candidate, Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, also the sitting Minister for Communications and Information Technology and contesting from Sunsari constituency 4, has demanded impartiality in vote count, claiming electoral frauds. There were frauds in vote count in the constituency, he maintained at an all-party meeting on Saturday evening.
