BHAKTAPUR: With the 14th General Convention of the ruling Nepali Congress (NC) just around the corner, the convention fever has caught Bhaktapur district. With two days to go before the ward level convention (on September 3), the lowest level convention of the party, incumbent District President Durlav Thapa appears to have a strong hold in the district level presidential election.
