SIMKOT: The office of Sarkegard Rural Municipality located in Humla district has been padlocked since Sunday. The facilitators at Child Development Centre and school employees padlocked the office, arguing that they were not paid for long. The facilitator at Pragati Basic School, Rupsi Chhatyal, informed that the Rural Municipality office was padlocked after the Rural Municipality turned deaf ear to the demand for a salary hike to the facilitators and employees.
