KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba urged the Kathmandu University (KU) to enable environment that provides quality education to the youths as per their interest and demand of the world market so as to end educational unemployment and brain drain. PM Deuba, also Chancellor of the KU, said so addressing second phase of 27th convocation at Dhulikhel in Kavrepalanchowk district today.
