KATHMANDU: Light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorm and lightning has been predicted at some places of the country. However, the weather across the country is partially to generally cloudy. According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, there is influence of local wind as well as low pressure trough spread from Uttar Pradesh of India to West Bangladesh.
