Those selling, consuming alcohol have to carry stones in Doti
DOTI: Local bodies of Doti district have taken their own decisions to curtail the sale and consumption of alcohol. Ward no 7 of KI Singh rural municipality has decided that those selling and consuming alcohol would have to carry stones. Ward Chairperson Dil Bahadur Balayer said a decision was taken which requires that those people consuming alcohol have to carry stones up to ward office for 15 days and those selling it for one month.
