Demand for issuing national card from local level

KATHMANDU: In a meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) on Thursday, lawmaker Bhanubhakta Dhakal, demanded that collection of voters’ name list by the Election Commission should take place from the local level.
Speaking in a zero hour of the lower house today, he advised the government to collect details of voters from the local level and distribute a national identity card during the same course.
