Meteorologists caution people for precautions as monsoon gets active
KATHMANDU: Rain is likely to occur in most places in the country on Saturday, the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has said. Some areas of the Kathmandu Valley have witnessed rainfall since early morning today. The Department has urged the general public to adopt necessary precautions to avoid possible risks since it will likely to rain for a couple of days. According to the Department, there is a chance of rainfall in some places of hilly areas and a few places of other areas in the afternoon.
