Karnali ex-coordinator of Bibeksheel Sajha Dahal joins UML

KATHMANDU: Gehendra Prasad Dahal, former coordinator of Karnali Province of Bibeksheel Sajha Party, has joined the CPN-UML.
UML General Secretary Shankar Pokharel welcomed Dahal to the party amidst a program organized by UML Karnali Province Committee in Birendranagar on Saturday.
Dahal had stood against a political proposal forward by Bibeksheel Sajha’s then national President Rabindra Mishra.
Dahal, who was also a central member of Bibeksheel Sajha, was reprimanded by Mishra for standing against the leadership then.
